At BOULEVARD & CO, we stand behind every piece we create. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — no stress, no hassle. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds with the same clarity and confidence we bring to our designs.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must include all original packaging and tags

  • Footwear must be returned with the original box in good condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Restocking fees may apply on select limited-release items — we’ll always let you know beforehand

Exchanges & Store Credit

Prefer to swap it out or hold credit for your next drop? No problem. Just let us know during your return request.

Wrong or Damaged Item?

It shouldn’t happen — but if it does, we’ve got you.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Start a Return

  1. Send an email to support@boulevardwear.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will send instructions and, when eligible, a return label

  3. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue your refund or exchange

The Fine Print

Not everything can come back. The following are final sale:

  • Personalized or made-to-order pieces

  • Intimate wear or hygiene-related items (e.g., underwear, swimwear)

  • Items marked as non-returnable or limited-drop
